Final

 So again, I decided to take a drastically different approach on the final version and I am tremendously happy that I did. I’ll talk about the meaning and then the composition.

This piece is supposed to represent human’s incapability to understand everything and how we slowly bleed out from this obsession of trying to understand everything.

So your immediate attention should be the iris. If not, and it’s the bright red blood, it will lead you to the iris, as it’s all connected. The pupil is also a black hole that has been cut by a bleeding wound. The black hole is there to represent our lack of understanding in the universe as blackholes are also very mysterious. The blood cut is in the black hole to represent our attempt to understand it but as we do so we also harm ourselves as we have lost countless lives trying to study space.
